Home / Graphic Design
Brand identities and print materials built to get noticed.
Logos, brochures, sell sheets, packaging, signage and advertising — including national accounts at Yellow Pages and real estate publications for NextHome. Work that had a deadline, a printer and no room to be wrong.
From a single logo to a full campaign.
Print work is unforgiving — once it’s on the press, it’s on the press. Files built to the printer’s specification are why it comes back right.
Logo & visual identity
A mark that works at the size of a business card and the size of a truck door, with the colour, type and usage rules to keep it consistent.
Brochures & sell sheets
Sales material that a prospect actually reads. Clear hierarchy, real information, and layouts that survive being folded and handed across a table.
Print advertising
Quarter page to full page, black and white or full colour process. Hundreds of them, in directories and monthly publications with fixed deadlines.
Packaging
Retail packaging and labels produced for national brands, built to a printer's specification and colour profile.
Signage & vehicle graphics
Storefront signs, banners and vehicle lettering designed to be legible from across a parking lot or a moving lane of traffic.
Bilingual layout
English and French set properly — correct accents, typographic conventions, and layouts that hold together when French copy runs long.
Trained where the deadlines were real.
Most freelance designers have never had a press waiting on them. I worked inside production departments where the file went out whether or not it was convenient.
- Yellow Pages Group — quarter to full page ads across dozens of trades, to directory spec
- NextHome (Wall2Wall Media) — bilingual real estate layouts for Quebec, Ontario and the West
- George Brown College — Graphic Design diploma: corporate design, advertising, typography
- Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop — daily production tools, press-ready output
Selected print & identity work.
Before you get in touch.
Anything else, just ask. I’d rather sort it out on a call than leave you guessing.
Several genuinely different directions rather than one idea in four colours, then refinement of whichever you choose. You end up with vector files for print, web formats, black and white and reversed versions, plus a short sheet covering your colours, fonts and spacing.
Yes, and I’d prefer to. I supply print-ready artwork to their specification — correct bleed, trim, colour space and resolution — and I’ll talk to them directly so nothing gets lost between us.
Yes — I am fully bilingual. I have laid out bilingual publications and sell sheets for Quebec and Ontario clients, so French text expansion, accents and typographic conventions are handled properly.
Yes. Send whatever you have — even if it’s just an old logo file and a business card — and I’ll work within it. If the existing brand is holding you back I’ll tell you, but the call is yours.
That’s the point of hiring me. Your site, your brochure and your signage come from the same hand, so your brand looks like one company instead of three.
Need design that makes you look the part?
Whether it’s a single logo or a full set of sales material, tell me what you’re working on and I’ll tell you what it takes.
